Hands-on Class: Get your hands in the dough, bake and taste the heavenly gift of freshly-baked bread. Chef Daniel will have a variety of flours, grains, herbs and garnishes to make your leavened creation unique.

*Chinese Dumplings*
Hands-on Class: Participants will make a variety of Chinese dumplings, steamed, boiled and pan fried. Chicken, shrimp, pork and vegetables will all play starring roles in a variety of savory presentations. Chef Daniel will prepare Chinese sides of vegetables to accompany the dumpling creations. Hot jasmine tea, dry white wine, Riesling, sparkling wines are all good pairings for this evening’s tastes.

*Vegan Delights*
Sit-Down Cooking Demonstration: Chef Daniel will prepare vegan dishes in which nothing from the animal kingdom is utilized. Starting with Egyptian-inspired Spicy & Tart Eggplant with Garbanzo, followed by Stuffed Chard Leaf with Mousse of Roasted Squash, Lentil and Brown Rice with Olive Potato and a sweet ending with Coconut & Sugar Cane Juice Adzuki Beans.
